The 2019 Southeastern States Pavement Conference was held October 9-11 in Louisville, Kentucky. Information on future conferences will be posted here as it becomes available.
This conference provides a regional forum for pavement professionals from State Agencies, Academia, Local and Federal Governmental offices, and Industry to share information and identify common issues related to pavement management and pavement design. Participants will have the opportunity to explore important issues impacting pavement construction cost, pavement life, and strategies to manage pavement networks. Past topics have included performance measures, balance flexible mix designs, data quality management, and structural data research.
All states are welcome to attend the annual Southeastern States Pavement Association meeting held on the last day of the conference.

This year’s conference will be held at The Brown Hotel (502-209-7346) in downtown Louisville, Kentucky. This recently renovated facility is a AAA Four Diamond rated facility and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The negotiated room rates are shown below, please choose the appropriate link (links disabled) based on your employer.
Government Rate (e.g., state DOT and FHWA employees) $122/night + tax
Non-Government Rate (e.g., industry, consultants, exhibitors) $189/night + tax
Transportation Info
If you are flying into Louisville, The Brown Hotel (502-209-7346) offers a complimentary 24-hour airport shuttle for guests. Guests can call the bell stand at 502-209-7346 for ETA and instructions. Return trips can also be scheduled with the bell stand. The hotel is located approximately 10 minutes (6 miles) from the airport. Cabs and ride sharing services are also available at the Louisville International Airport.
If you will be driving to the conference, the hotel offers self-parking ($23/night) and valet parking ($27/night) options.
